Who we are

We are a bioinformatics team at CMUTEAM, Faculty of Medicine, Chiang Mai University. We analyse omics data, build computational workflows and work side by side with researchers and clinicians — linking genetic variation and population diversity to human disease.

Our approach

QuestionDataQuality control PipelineStatisticsInsight TrainingCollaboration

We start from your research question, choose methods that fit your data, and build workflows you can understand, rerun and extend. Clear documentation and careful interpretation matter as much as the result.
